You'll find our Wireless Hotspots all over the place
There are a lot of Wireless Hotspots across the UK, Northern Europe and now in Zambia that are Powered by PolkaSpots. Sometimes you won't be able to tell that it's a PolkaSpots Service. Other times, we're a little more prominent.
What does it mean?
Our Wi-Fi Hotspot Service can be re-branded to match any business, company or brand. We offer businesses a White-Label Service. This basically means that we do all the hard work, provide the equipment and someone else puts their logos on our pages and sells it as their service. It's just like outsourcing.
Who does it
Places large and small can be re-branded. You can read about becoming a Wireless Hotspot Owner here. Other times, we'll have IT companies using our system. That's what LinkNet are doing in Rural Africa - they didn't have the funds to buy a whole Wireless ISP's system, so they borrow ours. We call this a Virtual WISP. Sounds fancy doesn't it - it isn't really.
